Refund policy

Returns -  (A Simple Method - Full Refund)

If you are not happy with our products or arrived with defects, you need to contact us within 14 days, Instead of returning items, you can request for a Full Refund. 

Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong. If there is a defect, send along a picture to our Email and we’ll give your money back in Full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. 


You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the Order is already shipped or delivered we will not be able to approve the cancelation request.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift from us unfortunately they are not eligible for a refund, since it was purely a great gesture towards our loyal customers from us.
